The published price of a 1300 number has two parts: the monthly plan fee and the per-minute rate for receiving calls. Plan fees run from $10 to $99 per month across seven published plans. A 1300 number is shared cost, so callers also pay a local call rate; the figures below are what the business pays. All pricing is ex GST, and the pricing page is the authoritative source for every table.

How the monthly fee and call rates work

Rates are per minute, calculated on a per-second basis. With the Cap plans the monthly fee is the only charge until the included value is used, then the plan's per-minute rates apply. On the Prepaid plan the $5 call credit is prepaid only, so the plan does not carry an overage. The published 1800 plans list the same monthly fees and per-minute rates, with callers paying nothing in the stated Australian 1800-number context. The 1300 number plans page sets out each tier in more detail.

What a Phoneword adds to the price

If the number itself spells a word, a Phoneword licence starts from $40 per month, priced on the desirability and availability of the word. Premium numbers carry a $50 setup and run on a 12-month rolling contract, subject to number selection and availability. Standard 1300 plans are month-to-month with no lock-in. The exact Phoneword price is confirmed before you connect; Find a Number searches available 1300/1800 Phonewords without promising a price for a specific word.

What this price page does not do

It quotes published plan fees and rates only. It does not calculate a combined monthly cost for a specific setup, and it does not summarise billing terms such as suspension or cancellation — those are set out in the terms and conditions and the critical information summary.
