What features are actually published for a virtual business number here — plan rates, Cap allowances, and three priced add-ons. Unpublished bundles excluded.

Person comparing information on a smartphone

Feature lists for "virtual phone numbers" are usually inflated, so this page sticks to what is actually published for an Australian virtual business number here: the plan structure with its rates and allowances, the caller-cost arrangements, and three priced add-ons. Everything else that marketing pages tend to bundle in — this page leaves out, deliberately.

Published feature 1 — the plan structure

Published plans run $10, $15, $39, $79 and $99 per month, each pairing its fee with its own fixed-line and mobile per-minute rates, calculated per second. Cap plans include minute allowances that apply before per-minute rates kick in; Prepaid and Light list $5 call credit; High Volume lists $99 call credit. The rows are on the pricing page.

Published feature 2 — the caller arrangements

Two arrangements exist: 1300 shared cost (callers pay a local call cost; the business pays the remainder) and 1800 free-for-callers in the stated Australian 1800-number context. Both can carry a word — up to six letters through the keypad mapping — with word pricing from $40 per month and availability and desirability affecting the specific word.

Published feature 3 — the connection and the add-ons

  • The connection: the signup flow asks for the number the service will connect to, and calls arrive at that recorded answer point.
  • Call Tracking Numbers ($5/month): see which ads and campaigns drive your calls.
  • IVR Keypress Menu ($35/month): auto-attendant menu that routes callers by keypress.
  • Postcode Prompter ($250/month): route callers by the postcode they dial in from.

What is not a published feature

Stated plainly: call-forwarding bundles, voicemail-to-email, call recording, caller-ID capture and SMS/email notifications are not published on this site as included features, and inbound SMS is not published at all. Virtual-mobile products are not part of the range either. If a feature matters to your decision, treat the plan rows and the three add-ons as the complete published list, and ask the team about anything else before committing. Terms sit in the terms and conditions.
