Get Business Number Features

What is published for business number features: plan inclusions, three call-management add-ons and online search, with unreconciled features listed.

Two business owners reviewing plans at a desk

What a business number does beyond receiving calls is the deciding question for many buyers, so it pays to separate what is published from what is not. For 1300 Easy Dial, the published record covers three number products, plan inclusions such as included minutes and call credit, three paid add-on services and an online number search. Several commonly advertised features — call recording, voicemail-to-email, online reporting and the like — are not reconciled in that record, and this page says so plainly rather than filling the gap with assumptions.

What the plans publish as inclusions

  • Cap39 ($39 per month): 250 Fixed Line minutes plus 100 Mobile minutes. The $39 tier also has Fixed Cap39 (500 Fixed Line mins) and Mobile Cap39 (250 Mobile mins) variants.
  • Cap79 ($79 per month): 750 Fixed Line minutes plus 300 Mobile minutes.
  • High Volume ($99 per month): $99 call credit.
  • Prepaid ($10) and Light ($15): $5 call credit; the Prepaid plan is prepaid only.
  • Billing basis: call rates are per minute, billed per second. With Cap plans the monthly fee is the only charge until the included value is used, then per-minute rates apply.

All pricing is ex GST. The full fee and rate tables are on the pricing page.

Published add-on services

Three add-ons are listed on the pricing page, each with a published purpose:

  • Call Tracking Numbers ($5 per month): see which ads and campaigns drive your calls.
  • IVR Keypress Menu ($35 per month): an auto-attendant menu that routes callers by keypress.
  • Postcode Prompter ($250 per month): route callers by the postcode they dial in from.

Add-ons can be added during sign-up or changed later from the online console, per the pricing page.

Published tools around the number

  • Find a Number searches available 1300/1800 Phonewords. It does not promise that a particular word is available or available at a particular price.
  • The sign-up flow asks for the number the service will connect to, so have the phone you answer ready.
  • The team is reachable on 1300 327 934 and at info@1300easydial.com.au for anything the published pages do not cover.

Features not established on this site

This page cannot confirm call routing behaviour, voicemail-to-email, online reporting, call recording, caller-ID capture, SMS or email notifications, or recorded announcements. Those claims appear in older marketing copy but are not reconciled in the current published record, so no inclusion, availability or plan scope is stated here. If one of them decides your purchase, ask the team directly and get the answer in writing before you sign up.

Business number feature questions

Do the plans include call recording?

Not established on this site. Call recording appears in older copy but is not reconciled in the current published record, so no inclusion is claimed here. Confirm with the team before signing up.

What features are published with a price?

Three add-ons: Call Tracking Numbers at $5 per month, IVR Keypress Menu at $35 per month and Postcode Prompter at $250 per month. Their published purposes are listed on the pricing page.
