1800
Free for customers to call in the stated Australian 1800-number context, with the business paying the call charges.
Phoneword
A 13, 1300 or 1800 number that spells a word. From $40 per month, with availability and desirability affecting the price.
Published 1300 and 1800 plans are $10, $15, $39, $79 and $99 per month, ex GST, and standard plans are month-to-month with no lock-in. Phonewords are premium numbers priced from $40 per month; their terms differ from the standard plans, and the pricing page sets out the detail.
Call rates and the included minutes or call credit for each plan are published on the same page. Read the current tables rather than working from an estimate or an old advertisement.

For a Phoneword you can search available words with Find a Number. It does not promise that a particular word is available or available at a particular price — that is confirmed before you connect.
The sign-up flow asks for the number the service will connect to — the phone that will receive the calls. Nothing on this page establishes hardware, device or network requirements beyond that published step.
